House policy

To make your time here more enjoyable and to ensure your safety, and the safety of others, we ask that you take time to read our House Policy:

1. Our guests can check in from 2pm, check-out time is until 10am.

2. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in all areas of the house; smoking is only allowed outside in the designated smoking area. In case of smoking in the rooms, the guests are accountable to a 100 EUR fine.

3. For security and safety reasons CCTV camera systems are monitoring the public areas of the house.

4. The staff of the house are allowed to limit the number of guests visiting, in all areas of the house. Our guests are only allowed to invite visitors with permission of the staff.

5. Please return the room key after your stay. In case of key loss, the cost of replacement must be compensated by the guests.

6. The house shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the guest due to improper usage.

7. The guest is responsible to cover all costs of the damages occurred due to improper use directly to the house. 

8. In Balatonberény, quiet hours shall be from 10pm. We draw our guests’ attention that in case of sound disturbances which incurs attention from the police, the guest will be fully legally responsible and may be subject to fines.

9. In case of any problem occurs during your stay, please inform the property immediately. We are unable to accept subsequent complaints.

10. Please protect your valuables. We do not assume any liability for lost or damaged values.

11. Please lock your room when you leave it and please lock the main entrance for the night.
